Dr. Aditya Mishra changed and touched the lives of many – and we are saddened by his recent passing. A world-class, yet always modest, neuro-ophthalmologist, Dr. Aditya Mishra was a leading expert in his field and universally adored by his patients and all those who had the privilege of working alongside him.
The Mishra Family and the QEII’s Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences have partnered together to honour Aditya’s extraordinary contributions to patient care and the sub-speciality of neuro-ophthalmology, by establishing the Aditya Mishra Endowment through the QEII Foundation. With an initial fundraising goal of $150,000, the endowment will create the annual Aditya Mishra Neuro-Ophthalmology Visiting Lectureship and ultimately support neuro-ophthalmology education for residents and fellows as the fund grows.
Join our effort to recognize Dr. Aditya Mishra with a contribution to this endowment and support tomorrow’s neuro-ophthalmology learners – an area of upmost importance to him. Together with the Mishra Family, the QEII’s Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences is matching all contributions to the Aditya Mishra Endowment up to a total of $75,000.
