Draws occur by Thursday each week, at QEII Foundation office, 5657 Spring Garden Road. Winner is notified by phone and their name is added to the winner section of the website by Friday. Additional incentive draws may occur at any time throughout the year. Odds are variable based on number of entries. Multiple entries per person, per week, are not permitted. The cost of each lottery ballot is $5 per week, payable in advance, via biweekly payroll deduction. Only ballots confirmed as paid by NSHA will be entered in the weekly draw. Once registered, participation is ongoing unless otherwise cancelled.
