As part of the Board of Trustee’s annual review process, Trustees are asked to give feedback about the overall functionality of the Board and the individual Trustee’s assessment of his/her effectiveness and engagement. Evaluations will compiled by the Board Liaison Officer and the Director, Legal Services and Risk Management. Evaluations will then be reviewed by the Chair of the Board to identify any operational concerns and necessary areas of Trustee education or training. Result summaries (without names) will be reviewed by the Nominating Committee to assist in recruitment planning.
