Leading by example in fair and ethical fundraising.

We adhere to the Canada Anti-Spam Legislation.

Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) came into effect July 1, 2014. This legislation applies to commercial electronic messages and ensuring the recipient has given permission to receive those messages. According to CASL, as a registered charity, the QEII Foundation is able to contact supporters and potential supporters as long as the message’s primary purpose is to raise funds or update the recipient on Foundation activities. The QEII Foundation will continue to offer the unsubscribe option in all electronic communications.

We respect your privacy.

The QEII Foundation does not access information about former QEII patients or staff. Instead, the Foundation has always relied on the generosity of the general community to improve patient care for all Atlantic Canadians. The QEII Foundation treats all donor information as confidential - we do not sell or trade mailing lists about our donors. When you make a donation to the QEII Foundation, feel confident in knowing that your information is kept in a secure database used by staff members who are bound by confidentiality policies. Find out more about the QEII Foundation's Privacy Policy.

Leading by example in fair and ethical fundraising.

Regardless of our background, where we live or what we do, we all share the basic need to know that we will be cared for if and when we need it. This is why the QEII Health Sciences Centre is so important to the lives of Atlantic Canadians and why the QEII Foundation exists: to inspire generosity that advances health care at the QEII. As a leader in the philanthropic community, it is vital that the Foundation continues to lead by example in fair and ethical fundraising. Learn more about the QEII Foundation's Code of Ethics.

Investing in a future of better health.

By working with a community of people who share the QEII Foundation's vision of better health - the Board of Trustees and staff, our health centre partners, donors and volunteers - the Foundation organizes investments that strengthen health care at the QEII Health Sciences Centre.
